هذه الصفحة تشرح كيف تحذف حسابك في تطبيق «مُفصّل» وما الذي يُحذَف معه بالضبط.
الطريقة الأسرع — من داخل التطبيق
- ١ افتح التطبيق ثمّ الملف الشخصي.
- ٢ اضغط «حذف الحساب».
- ٣ أكّد في نافذة «تأكيد نهائي».
يقع الحذف فوراً ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
إن كنت تملك خططاً فيها أعضاء موثَّقون نشطون، يطلب منك التطبيق
نقل ملكيّتها إلى عضو آخر أو حذفها قبل حذف حسابك — كي لا يفقد شركاؤك عملهم.
إن حذفت التطبيق أو تعذّر عليك الدخول
أرسل طلب الحذف بالبريد من العنوان المسجَّل في حسابك، واكتب رقم الدعم الظاهر في صفحة الملف الشخصي إن كنت تعرفه.

ما الذي يُحذَف
- خططك كلُّها وجداولها ومحتواها
- جلساتك المسجَّلة ونتائجها وملاحظاتها
- حلقاتك ومجلّداتك
- دفتر الأشخاص عندك وبطاقاتهم
- صلاحيّات المشاركة التي منحتها لغيرك
- حسابك نفسه: البريد والجوّال والمعرّف
ما الذي يبقى — ولماذا
- اسمك المعروض يبقى مسجَّلاً عند من شاركته عملاً، كي لا تنكسر سجلّاتهم بأسماء مفقودة.
- خطّة نقلت ملكيّتها تبقى لمالكها الجديد، ويُنسَب إنشاؤها إليه.
- بلاغات المشاكل التي أرسلتها تبقى بلا ارتباط بحسابك.
وإن كنت طالباً في خطّة معلّم: تبقى الخطّة وبطاقتك لديه،
وتذهب جلساتك المسجَّلة فيها — لأنّ سجلّ الجلسة لا يقوم بلا صاحبه.
حذفُ بياناتٍ بعينها — بلا حذف حسابك
لستَ مضطرّاً لحذف حسابك كي تحذف شيئاً منه. كلُّ ما يلي تفعله بنفسك من داخل التطبيق:
- خطّة — افتحها ← حذف ⇒ تنتقل إلى سلّة الخطط، ثمّ «حذف نهائي» من السلّة.
- حلقة — تفاصيل الحلقة ← حذف ⇒ السلّة كذلك.
- جلسةٌ سجّلتَها — افتحها وألغِ تسجيلها، فيُمحى تقييمُها وملاحظتُها.
- شخصٌ في حلقتك — «إزالة» من صفّه؛ وتبقى عضويّاته الأخرى.
- حسابٌ مفتوحٌ على هذا الجهاز — الملفّ الشخصيّ ← «إزالة من هذا الجهاز»؛ وبياناتُك على الخادم تبقى كما هي.

Delete your account and data — Mofassal
How to delete your Mofassal account, and exactly what is removed.
Fastest — inside the app
- Open the app, then Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the Final confirmation dialog.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you own plans that have active verified members, the app asks you to
transfer ownership or delete those plans first, so your collaborators don't lose their work.
If you already uninstalled the app, or can't sign in
Email us from the address registered on your account, including your support ID from the Profile screen if you know it.

What is deleted
- All your plans, their schedules and content
- Your recorded sessions, results and notes
- Your halaqahs and collections
- Your people directory and their cards
- Sharing permissions you granted to others
- The account itself: email, phone number and user ID
What is kept — and why
- Your display name stays on record for people you shared work with, so their records don't break with missing names.
- A plan whose ownership you transferred stays with its new owner, and authorship is re-attributed to them.
- Problem reports you sent are kept, unlinked from your account.
If you were a student in a teacher's plan: the plan and your person card
stay with them, but your recorded sessions are removed — a session record cannot exist without its owner.
Deleting specific data — without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your account to remove something from it. You can do all of this yourself, inside the app:
- A plan — open it, choose Delete. It moves to the plans trash, then Delete permanently from there.
- A circle — circle details, choose Delete; it goes to the trash as well.
- A session you recorded — open it and un-record it; its rating and note are erased.
- A person in your circle — choose Remove on their row; their other memberships remain.
- An account open on this device — Profile, then Remove from this device; your data on the server is untouched.
